Final Road Certificate and Drainage Adoption at Hutton Hall Drive, Bradford, West Yorkshire.

Riverside Design Studios Limited has been working with our Developer Client, Gregory Robinson Developments Limited and their team, to design and deliver 29 Houses on the site of Hutton Hall Middle School, Eccleshill, Bradford since 2014 . We are pleased to announce that one of the final and significant milestones in the completion of the development has been reached. Yorkshire Water Limited’s adoption of the foul and surface water drainage system. Which features a significant floodwater storage and attenuation facility, to store and delay heavy or sustained rainfall from outflowing directly into sewerage treatment plants and rivers, to minimise the risk of flooding downstream from the development. Bradford Council Highways are scheduled to issue their Final Certificate very soon too.
