Submission of planning application for two sites in Silsden, Bradford.
Working with our Client, Redstart Robinson Developments, and an experienced design team, Riverside Design Studio have designed and assisted in the submission of two planning applications for the construction of 48 houses on the site of two former school buildings, which are surplus to requirements due to the construction of a new primary school building which now accommodates local pupils.
This project helps increase the volume of housing in Silsden and Bradford in a sustainable way, by utilizing two empty buildings on brownfield land to create approximately 48 dwellings of a range of sizes.
The houses have been designed to reflect the detailing and materials of neighbouring buildings and the buildings they replaced, to help the development fit in with its surroundings in a sympathetic and harmonious manner.
