Planning Approval Granted for a Dining Room Extension in Baildon.

Riverside Design Studios are pleased to announce approval for a small house extension in Baildon.

This seemingly simple extension features several trickier aspects to its design. As it is immediately adjacent to a small concrete retaining wall. Encompasses a long existing single skin block utility room, with a flat concrete roof and there is are services in the ground and exactly where the roof of the extension needs to sit, which will need to be rationalised and adjusted to avoid impacting the water tightness and structure of the new roof.

Having worked to overcome these issues we now look forward to submitting a Building Regulations application to move the scheme forward.
