Riverside Design Studio are proud to announce successfully obtaining Listed Building Consent for CIM Logic, a Salts Mill Based manufacturer of High-Tech Computer and Robotic control devices to help improve productivity in the Manufacturing Industry.

This approval along with interior proposals for a newly refreshed and refurbished Office space should allow them to continue to occupy, and operate more efficiently out of their Offices into the future.

Salts Mill is a Grade II* Listed Building set within a World heritage site, our proposals have minimal impact upon the building itself, but offer real improvements in the working environment of our client, this will in turn and allow the Mill to continue to be occupied and as such be a useful well maintained Building.

Once again, we are pleased to announce that planning approval has been successfully obtained for a client in Boston Spa, who was looking to build a two-storey extension onto their existing property.

…………We had previously built a small single storey extension on the rear of our property three years ago. Our architect, Stephen Mitchinson, had completed all our drawings and managed the process through planning permission for us.

When we then decided to build a larger two storey extension on the side of our property we didn’t hesitate to contact Stephen again.

He came to visit and listened to our ideas, making suitable suggestions amongst which was a vaulted ceiling in the master bedroom – which we thought was a great idea. Stephen completed all our plans, including us in the process and checking everything was to our satisfaction. He submitted them for us and managed the process, answering the questions from the planning committee and securing us the permission we needed to proceed.

Once again, we are pleased to announce that planning has been successful for a client in Harrogate, who is looking at converting and extending the existing farmhouse, with a new garage and stable block.

Work is well underway at Robinson Developments latest residential scheme at Gledhow Gardens in Leeds. Contractors started on site in early spring, and the team anticipate completion by the autumn.

Riverside Design Studio dealt with and obtained the planning approval, detail design and successful tendering process.

This exclusive gated development comprises of two unique detached properties. The scheme is situated in the much sought-after village of Chapel Allerton, just two miles from the centre of Leeds.

Plot 1 Gledhow Gardens is the conversion and extension of a former red brick house to create a spacious two-storey family home. The new property provides flexible living space leading onto a wrap-around terrace. It also features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a private garden and a large undercroft garage area.
