In July 2022, Riverside Design Studios submitted a Planning Application for a house extension in Nab Wood. Near Shipley, Bradford.

We’re pleased to announce that it received Planning Approval this month!

We designed the scheme to the Clients brief and which included the following:

Two extra Double Bedrooms;

A En-suite;

A Double Garage;

An enlarged Utility Room;

A new projecting landing to the original Stairwell of the house to avoid impacting upon the impressive stair and landing of the original house.

All Visually complimenting the design of the original, attractive home.

Riverside Design Studios, are pleased to announce the build completion and sale of the last remaining property at the Hutton Hall development.

Built in three phases, from 2016 onwards. The development features, 29, 2-4 bed, new-build, family homes for market-sale all on a new adoptable Estate Road.

We are now working with our Client to get the Roads and Drainage adopted. All to conclude the External Works elements of the scheme within 2022.

Over the last year, despite challenging conditions, Riverside Design Studio, successfully worked with our Client, Robinson Developments, and their Contractor, PBS Yorkshire, to deliver three out of the five stunning houses on this contemporary housing scheme with a country village feel. The remaining two units are progressing well and the site should be complete in the next few months.

Originally Started in 2017, the Hutton Hall development (now known as Hutton Hall Drive) has progressed through two earlier Phases and is now in its third and final Phase, twenty five of the eventual twenty nine units are now complete and occupied.

Despite all the difficulties of the last few years our Client has managed to progress the scheme very effectively and are now only a few short months from completion of the remaining five units.

We are pleased to announce that the first Phase of our latest Housing Development, at Back Lane, Dishforth, North Yorkshire has started on site.

The Contractor, PBS (Yorkshire) limited, and the Groundworker Seymour (CPM) limited are working together collaboratively to get the scheme off to a great start.

Its very rewarding to see all the hard work required to get the scheme upto this stage starting to pay off.

Since April 2019, Riverside Design Studios have been working with our Client, Robinson Developments Limited, to provide a redesign for a site with an existing Planning Approved scheme for 5 executive houses.

Located in Dishforth, North Yorkshire. The revisions have allowed the scheme to better suit site conditions and make the houses as proposed, more desirable to buyers.

We’re putting together the final touches for an initial start on site in April/May 2020, and look forward to seeing these homes come together! Watch this Space!

Plots 11-18 Hutton Hall Drive.

Riverside Design Studio Limited have been working with our Client, Gregory Robinson Developments, to complete phase 2; of a 3 phase 29 house development in Eccleshill, Bradford.

The original Phase 2 that we inherited in 2015 was redesigned to introduce more accessible houses, and a revised Planning Approval was sought to amend the original design.  The design was then approved by the Local Authority in 2018.

Work started on nine new houses in, Late 2018 and completed in late 2019.

CIM Logic offices

Riverside Design Studio are proud to announce successfully obtaining Listed Building Consent for CIM Logic, a Salts Mill Based manufacturer of High-Tech Computer and Robotic control devices to help improve productivity in the Manufacturing Industry.

This approval along with interior proposals for a newly refreshed and refurbished Office space should allow them to continue to occupy, and operate more efficiently out of their Offices into the future.

Salts Mill is a Grade II* Listed Building set within a World heritage site, our proposals have minimal impact upon the building itself, but offer real improvements in the working environment of our client, this will in turn and allow the Mill to continue to be occupied and as such be a useful well maintained Building.

We are pleased to see progress on Phase 2 at Hutton Hall. So far 7 of the 8 Houses are out of the ground with plots 11 and 12 nearing completion of their roofing works.
