CIM Logic offices

Riverside Design Studio are proud to announce successfully obtaining Listed Building Consent for CIM Logic, a Salts Mill Based manufacturer of High-Tech Computer and Robotic control devices to help improve productivity in the Manufacturing Industry.

This approval along with interior proposals for a newly refreshed and refurbished Office space should allow them to continue to occupy, and operate more efficiently out of their Offices into the future.

Salts Mill is a Grade II* Listed Building set within a World heritage site, our proposals have minimal impact upon the building itself, but offer real improvements in the working environment of our client, this will in turn and allow the Mill to continue to be occupied and as such be a useful well maintained Building.

We are pleased to see progress on Phase 2 at Hutton Hall. So far 7 of the 8 Houses are out of the ground with plots 11 and 12 nearing completion of their roofing works.

Refurbishment of Cottage and New Build Bungalow in Headingly, Leeds

Work has started at Rowan Cottage, Grasmere, for a private client’s holiday home.

Located in one of the Lake District’s most popular villages, this traditional 19th Century cottage overlooks the fells of Silver How and Helm Crag.

The work involves minor alterations, including modification to the bedroom layout, to include en-suite accommodation, new porch, enlarged window to the living room, covered rear access, widened patio and light tubes to lounge and kitchen/diner.

Riverside Design Studio Architects have recently undertaken planning drawings for Robinson Developments Limited’s latest residential scheme at 10 Roxholme Avenue, Chapel Allerton, Leeds.

The scheme involves the demolition of a large residential property and replacing it with 5 new build family homes within the grounds.

Another successful development nears its practical completion stage, of 2 No bespoke 4 bedroom properties at Gledhow Gardens in Chapel Allerton, Leeds

Work is well underway at Hutton Hall in Eccleshill, Bradford, to build 29No. new homes for private sale.

The Phase 1 scheme is 6-months into its 10-month program and is due for completion in January 2018, with further phases to follow on. A show home is expected in early October 2017.
