Following on from a feasibility study, the next stage of the project which we would be involved in is the submission of a Planning Application.  This includes:

• Detailed brief
• Architectural survey
• Concept design
• Pre-application submission
• Detailed proposals including Planning Drawings and Design and Access Statements

The Planning Drawings and associated documentation can then be submitted to the Local Authority for planning permission approval or a permitted development certificate as required.

We also act for clients with Planning enforcement issues where retrospective application and negotiation is required with the Local Planning Authority.
