Associate Architect

Stephen started working in the architectural industry as an Architectural assistant in 2003 working to became a fully qualified Architect in 2009 he has worked at various practices over the years gaining experience across a number of sectors including, health, education, residential, retail and commercial.

Stephen is involved in all stages of the design process from initial client contact through to completion and hand over. His key skills however are design and presentation, with a number of drafting, modelling and visualisation techniques that enable clients, consultants and contractors to clearly and quickly understand the proposals Riverside Design Studio Architects are producing.

Key projects include a number of housing developments throughout Yorkshire working for various clients and developers. Concept design and planning work for Flybe training academy, Exeter Airport. Evolution office workspace units. A number of petrol filling stations for a major supermarket chain, at sites throughout the country. And a  number of multi-story student residential schemes.

Away from work Stephen enjoys spending time with his wife and son, tinkering with computers, flying model aircraft, astronomy and music.
